agree – A Brief Company Profile
agree was born as a result of the Director's need to diversify and to have a wholly sales orientated business to compliment the activities of an already established service business. The need to separate these two functions became more evident as the Company grew. And so an outlet to separate the supply of equipment to “project, trade and retail” clients, as opposed to the installation and service contracting of commercial and industrial products and projects was conceived with the birth of agree, six years ago.
Our air conditioners are produced by Midea in China, with production in excess of 10.6 million in 2005; 12.5 million in 2006 with a projected 15 million in 2008. 2009 saw a slight downturn in numbers due to the worldwide financial crisis. Midea is currently the largest exporter of air conditioners in the world. Our product range is produced under an OEM arrangement having our own name of agree, badged to the product range. Each unit has a 5 year warranty on the compressor and parts for domestic installations, and 12 months for industrial applications.
Our Principal has been in the refrigeration and air conditioning contracting industry in excess of 33 years, and more than 15 years as a proprietor of his own company/s. Dale Fandrich is the sole Director of agree, and also of his service company, Coolphase Pty Ltd. Both companies are also associated with HRC Alliance in Sydney, and TRS Refrigeration in Melbourne.
Our preference is to be a “supplier of product only,” with installations being done by your own subcontractors, or by licensed installers recommended by us, but subcontracted by you. However, we are flexible, and are prepared to discuss any alternatives to these conditions that may better suit your particular situation.
